Return & Refund Policy

At RR Murti Hub, customer satisfaction is important to us. We carefully inspect and securely pack every product before shipping.

7-Day Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.

• The product must be returned with original packaging.

• Proof of purchase/order confirmation is required.

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive:

• A damaged product

• A defective item

• Wrong item delivered

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

• Order details

• Photos/videos of the product

• Unboxing video (recommended)

After verification, we will provide a replacement or refund as applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

• Used or damaged products caused after delivery

• Minor colour variations due to screen differences

• Customized or made-to-order items

• Damage caused by improper handling

Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or via bank transfer for COD orders

Return Shipping

• If the return is due to our mistake (damaged/wrong product), return shipping charges will be covered by us.

• For other eligible returns, customers may need to bear return shipping charges.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before shipment. Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
